Shipments and returns
Delivery Schedule
We process orders on working days (Monday - Friday) you will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Please bare in mind our country holidays may differ from your country. We then aim to ship your order within 24 hours of this confirmation. If you have ordered a limited edition product and it has not arrived within 10-14 days or you have not received your order within 28 working days, please email sales@lusitanianmusic.com quoting your order number and we will look into the matter urgently
Availability information
To understand item availability messages please follow as:
In stock = item ready to ship, no delays on new orders
Backorder = item might be available at our supplier and shall be shipped once we receive new copies.
This will delay any other item ordered together.
Out of Stock = item not available, please email : sales@lusitanianmusic.com for more informations
Pre-Order = item will be available once street date allows it.
Your order will be shipped once we're able to.
Sold Out = impossible to order
Information on availability or release dates for items is based on information that we receive from our suppliers. These dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time.
Returns Policy
In all cases that there is an issue with your order it is advised that you email sales@lusitanianmusic.com before proceeding
Your order must be returned at buyers charge either by securely placing it back in the packaging it was sent in with your address crossed out and the returns label or written address highlighted.
Please include a short note detailing the problem and your order number, we will then either send a replacement item or refund you depending on the solution reached by either email or phone.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
